Founder & CEO

Prof. Dr. Amol Madhav Bapat established BriqETT in the year April 2025. Amol graduated in Architecture (G.D.Arch.) in 1999, later pursued his master’s, M.Arch. in architecture in Construction Management, in 2014, and completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, in 2024. He has cumulative experience of more than 25 years in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and has been mentoring students for more than 19 years in the Interior Design, Architecture, and Construction Management domain. With his keen interest, expertise, and experience in the Housing Sector, he decided to establish “BriqETT,” a Digital Fractional Real Estate Investment Advisory firm. Thus, he aims to take his “Research” interest area of Social Rental Housing to advise investors about the benefits of “Digital Fractional Real Estate”. Need:- Real estate remains out of reach due to high cost & complexity. Investors face barriers like large capital and paperwork. Digital fractional real estate – buy just one digital square foot. Seamless, accessible, borderless investing via advisory guidance.
